All content published in the Hyrcanian Journal of Clinical Medicine is made freely and immediately accessible online upon publication, without subscription or access fees.
The journal supports open access to clinical and medical research in order to facilitate the dissemination and exchange of scientific knowledge and provide broad access to published research.
Licensing and Distribution
All published content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
This license permits users to share and adapt the published material for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the source.
Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the Hyrcanian Journal of Clinical Medicine the right of first publication.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
Open-access publication is supported by an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.
For authors affiliated with institutions in Iran, the APC is IRR 15,000,000.
For authors affiliated with institutions outside Iran, the APC is USD 200 + applicable VAT.
The APC is charged only after final editorial acceptance and before publication. There are no submission fees.
Publication charges support the editorial, production, online publishing, DOI registration, similarity screening, hosting, and related publishing services.
